Instructor, Jeanette Lamphere leads the class in a low-impact yoga session. You should leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

Jeanette can accomadate the yoga stretches for those on a yoga mat or in a chair. Be sure to bring your yoga mat (we'll provide the chair) & wear loose fitted clothing.
