The workshop will cover how our bodies work(learning what vital signs really mean, cells, dna.) How things make us sick(allergies, parasites, diseases) and how our body fights off infection(immune system).

The Armory Bike Union presents "How to Change a Tire," a 90-minute introduction to repairing and replacing faulty bike tires. During this practical hands-on class, you will learn about the tools, parts and technique needed to change a bike tire.\
