Three Things

I was watching, a TV show the other night, a family ( a big extended family) was going to travel, the United States in a motor home.  Everyone could take only one suitcase of clothes and 3 things.  (yeah OK, I was watching 7th Heaven,  I know it's sappy but I like to watch it once in a while.)

So anyway if you were planning on leaving home for an extended period of time and could only take 3 things what would you take?  (Cell phone and charger count as one thing.)

If you had a camera on your cell phone you wouldn't need to take your camera   Isn't there something that combines the computer and the cell phone too. If you had one device that did all three you could take two more things. ?   hmmmm.

My 3 things-

Does my book collection count as one thing or a bunch of things?  If it counts as one, then I would also take my notebook computer and my ring sling for carrying my baby in.  If it counts as a bunch of things, I would have to take 3 of the thickest, most interesting looking books on Mt.  TBR ("to be read").  And no, I'm not just sucking up about reading because this is a library run web-sites.  I truly am a bookaholic.  There is proof of THAT on paperbackswap.com (and if you decide to join that site, be sure to say that littleacorn sent ya, cuz then I get a free book for referring you!)!
