Teresa Crippen, personal trainer and owner of Staying Fit 4 Life in Jackson,  teaches an exercise class at the Henrietta Branch each Monday at 1:00 p.m.  Bring an exercise ball and light weights if you have them.  The class is free and open to patrons 18 and over.
